Easy Veg Fried Rice

Ingredients

·       Cooked rice                   - 2cups
·       Green beans                   - ½ cup
·       Carrot                            - ¼ cup
·       Green peas                     - ¼ cup
·       Green chilli                    - 1
·       Garlic pods                    - 5
·       Ginger piece                  - small piece
·       Spring onion                   - ¼ cup
·       Soy sauce                      - 2 table spoon
·       Black pepper powder     - 1/4 teaspoon
·       Oil                                - 2 table spoon
·       Salt to taste.

Method

·   Cut the green beans, carrot & spring onion into small pieces.
·   Cook the rice & spread it on the plate let it cool.
·   Chop the ginger, garlic & green chilli into fine pieces.
·   Heat the kadai with 2 table spoon of oil add finally chopped ginger, garlic & green chilli fry for a minute
·   Now add cut vegetables & peas except spring onion, close the lid & cook for one more minute – add the cooked rice, soy sauce, pepper powder & spring onion, mix it well. (If you need more spicy you can add red chilli sauce)
·   Now the tasty Vegetable fried rice is ready to eat. Serve this rice with Tomato sauce.
