Raw Plantain Fry

Ingredients

·       Raw plantain             - 4
·       Turmeric powder     - ¼ teaspoon
·       Red chilli powder    - As per your spice level
·       Daniya powder        - ½ tea spoon
·       Salt to taste.
·       Oil for fry                  - 5 table spoon


Method

·       Peel the skin from plantain cut into thick pieces keep it in water.
·       Take the kadai add all above the ingredients with plantain except oil. Let it cook till the plantains get soft.
·       Heat the kadai with oil, add all cooked plantains fry till golden colour.
·       This raw plantain fry goes well with sambar, rasam, curd and any kind of rice.
