Wheat Flour Muruku






Wheat Flour Muruku (Godhi Hittina Chakkli)

Ingredients

·       Wheat flour             - 2cups
·       Chilli powder          - as per your spice level
·       Ajwan                     - ¼ teaspoon
·       Sesame seeds          - 1teaspoon
·       Cumin seeds           - ½ teaspoon
·       Salt to taste        
·       Oil for deep fry

Method

·  Steam the wheat flour using the pressure cooker. Let it cool.
·  Take the mixing bowl break the wheat flour & sieve with out  lumps.
·  Add all the above Ingredients except oil, mix well
       like chapatti dough using water.
·  Heat the kadai with oil for deep fry.
·  Make muruku using the muruku press and deep fry in the oil.
·  You can enjoy this Muruku with hot coffee or tea
